Ready to listen

Hi.

I'm a veteran with 30 year's service in the military, including several operational tours.  I have also served on both civilian and military mountain rescue teams, having first joined my local North Wales team in 1982.  I am now a member of a lowland rescue team and I'm also a Community First Responder with the ambulance service.  During my career, I have had occasion to listen to a lot of colleagues who needed someone to speak to and I have also needed to speak to people myself.  Largely as a result of that experience, I became an instructor in first aid for mental health 2 years ago, having already become a first aid instructor.

If anyone would like to chat about anything, I will give you all the time you need, whether it's about something that has happened or about how you are feeling.  Just register and send me a message.
