Let me know if I can help

Hi, I’m retired from a life in the business and corporate sector where I was involved in coaching skills for personal development. In that life my aim was to help people understand what was the “real issue” that was affecting their business performance or their state of mind, and then to signpost them to the place most likely to be of help.

I’ve been an operational SAR member for about 4 years and was directly involved in my first body recoveries last year. Whereas I found I was able to deal with this in a practical and logical way, with no lasting after effects, I have seen what these experiences can do to others and invite you to contact me anonymously if you think my approach would work for you.

I’m a recently qualified Mental Health First Aider – Oh yes and Male.
